Information You Provide
PerfectCents processes information you enter manually, including profile details, account labels and balances, masked account identifiers, categories, transactions, recurring items, tags, savings goals, and report preferences.
You control whether optional profile, account-number, routing-number, institution-URL, and avatar fields are used. Do not submit Social Security numbers, credentials, PINs, or authentication codes.
Authentication and Access
Email addresses and Cloudflare Access authentication signals are used to verify access. Authorized users receive a separate workspace. Administrators manage approved profiles and roles but do not receive access to another user’s financial records through the admin panel.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide budgeting, account history, recurring entries, savings goals, trends, and requested exports; to maintain application security; and to diagnose operational problems.
PerfectCents is not connected to banks and does not automatically retrieve bank transactions, credentials, or balances.
Protection and Masking
Sensitive financial and profile fields are encrypted before database storage. Account and routing identifiers are masked in the interface until a user intentionally reveals them. Transport security, authorization checks, rate limits, security headers, and audit metadata provide additional safeguards.
No system can promise absolute security. Users should protect their email accounts, devices, exported files, and browser sessions.
Exports, Retention, and Choices
Users can create date-range CSV and PDF exports of their own records. Those files leave PerfectCents when downloaded and should be stored and shared carefully.
For correction, access, export, or deletion questions, contact the operator. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or system integrity.
